Crowded at check in but no unusual delays
Welcome! This is my creative space. I live in London, UK and enjoy photography with a mix of old and new technology. Cycling is a key feature as is street photography. Comments welcome!
Crossing Waterloo Bridge on a cold and windy December evening. View west toward the Palaces of Westminster and South Bank's London Eye. Frame taken with Night Photo app to minimise camera shake and cropped in the Adobe PS app.
Time passes but the horror of war is still visible in the many monuments in London, UK to sacrifices made by the armed services and loss of life to civilians. All images mine from a mix of analogue and digital cameras. Each row from upper left: (i) Highbury Corner V1 Rocket Memorial, (ii) mosaic from base of Meeting Place by Paul Day, St Pancras International, (iii) sunlight through tree in Abney Park Cemetery, (iv) Coronation Ave Bombing memorial - Abney Park Cemetery, (v) wild rose in Abney Park Cemetery, (vi) War memorial - Abney Park Cemetery and (vii) Druid St Bermondsey memorial
